3. Account Responsibility

- Jandalah is not liable for any consequences resulting from password sharing or negligence.
4. Financial Transactions
- All purchase and sale requests of Jandalah units are final and non-refundable.
- Balance is added only after review and confirmation of the transfer by Jandalah’s team.
5. Gold Backing
- Each Jandalah unit is 100% backed by real gold held in approved banks or vaults.
6. Transparency and Auditing
- Gold reserves are periodically audited by an independent third party.
- Regular reports are published to ensure transparency.
7. Prohibited Activities
- The app may not be used for any illegal or non-compliant activities, including prohibited speculation or money laundering.
8. Compliance with Financial Regulations
- Jandalah complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations under Saudi and international laws.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
- Jandalah is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or with user consent.
10. Risk Responsibility
- Jandalah is not responsible for unit price fluctuations or technical issues beyond its control (e.g., cyberattacks).
- Users bear full responsibility for their investment decisions.
11. Changes to Terms
- Jandalah reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Users will be notified via email or in-app notification.
- Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes following good-faith settlement attempts.
